Sending Your purchase order application form containing Your address data You agree solely to having Your data kept in our database, so that Your purchase orders can be realised and we are able to contact You.
Your personal / address data is kept in a secure service area and is to be passed on via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) interlinkage.
Each client has a right to view and correct his or her data.
Having given us Your data and especially Your e-mail address, don't be afraid that we will spam Your mailbox with e-mails, sales promotion offers and other stuff You don't need. Such information will be delivered via e-mail only to those customers, who subscribe our newsletter - and even in this case we mail our clients usually once a month anyway.

HOW TO ORDER: IN A NUTSHELL
To succeed with Your first purchase in our store, it is enough to "pack" the selected items into the basket please push the button "BUY" and to finalise the procedure by pushing the button "PAYMENT".
The next thing You should do is to click on the "New Customer" area the "NEXT" button and to enter the data which we need to be able to send the items per post. It's worth Your while to jot down Your password, because it won't be then necessary to repeat the last operation at Your next visit.
Being done with ordering procedure, You'll receive an e-mail from our system, containing a confirm-request. It is necessary for You to answer this e-mail to be able to receive our parcel. Therefore, if You, having ordered some items, don't receive any such e-mail, You can always inform us about this state of affairs by contact form . The basic cause may be an error in spelling Your e-mail address or simply some net malfunction.
POSTING
We send CDs per post only.
Parcels are usually sent once a week. We're asking You kindly not to expect an express realisation of Your order, because we are by no means an Internet supermarket.
Following ways of buying goods and paying for them are possible:

OUTSIDE EUROPE - registered priority mail
- 1-3 CDs = 8 Eur
- 4-5 CDs = 10 Eur
- 6-10 CDs = 18 Eur
- 11-20 CDs = 37 Eur
- 21- more = 44 Eur
We accept payments through PAYPAL system or cash in recomended letter (without paypal fees, but with your risk). To the shipping costs we add 5% of the total purchase for the PAYPAL fees.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
We are doing our best to have the CDs we offer at hand in our store - if there is a validation "Goods In Stock" under the title of the CD You want to buy, it means that we are able to send this item to You virtually immediately.
If You find "Temporary absence" instead, this means that we are forced to delay the posting until we receive the item You want to buy. It should require from two weeks up to half a year in some very special cases.
To avoid misunderstandings concerning the fact, that You possibly could be waiting for a particular item quite a long time, we will kindly ask You to fill in a field "additional information" in Your order-form whether You want to wait for all ordered items in one parcel or if You want us to "divide" Your order and send to You at least those CDs which are already in stock while waiting for the further ones.
SHOP RULES
- This store offers item sale per Internet.
- Your purchase orders will be admitted by the Internet site www.generator.pl.
- Having ordered a particular (set of) item(s), the client will be sent immediately an e-mail stating that the purchase order has been accepted by the store and asking to confirm this order.
- The realisation of a purchase order begins as soon as the PAYPAL PAYMENT is authorised.
- A purchase order will be realised only if an item is in stock or available by the store's providers. In case an item as part of a purchase order is not available, the client will be informed about the state of his or her purchase order and is expected to make a decision him- or herself, which steps are to be taken: partial realisation or cancellation of the whole purchase order. Clients can find information about each item: whether it is already in stock or whether it has to be ordered by our providers first. If a particular item is in stock, the parcel will be sent not later than 6 days after the order has been placed. In case a particular item is out of stock, the shipping date may get delayed for up to 30 days - depending on the item's availability by our providers.
- A limited amount of items can be sold within bargain sales or sales promotion. Purchase orders will be realised with respect to their placing order, until the store runs out of all the items offered within this form of sale.
- To each placed purchase order, we make out an invoice containing: the client's data, the Generator store's data, the name of the item as well as its price and information concerning the possible ways of shipping and its costs, a fiscal receipt. These documents are made out as soon as all the items the client had ordered are completed and ready to be shipped.
- On client's request we can make out a VAT-invoice - therefore the client is asked to fill in an adequate field in the purchase order application form.
- The client can change his or her purchase order until the shipping of the item(s). Up to this moment it is also possible for the client to cancel the whole procedure. Clients are kindly asked to apply order changes by the contact form on www.generator.pl.
- Each item price is given in EUR and includes the VAT tax. Each given price is binding at the moment of placing an order. The store reserves the right to change prices of the items available, offer new items, introduce and cancel sales promotion and apply changes to the content of its Internet site.
- The shipping costs are added to the total amount on the invoice.We calculate the shipping costs due to the amount of items.
- To the shipping costs we add 5% of the total purchase for the PAYPAL fees. All these costs are visible when placing an order.
- Shipping will be carried out according to the mode chosen by the client, as declared in the placed purchase order.
- Under the terms of the Act from the 2nd of March 2000: "O ochronie niektorych praw konsumentow oraz o odpowiedzialnosci za szkode wyrzadzona przez produkt niebezpieczny" the client has a right to reject items bought in our store without giving a reason - within 10 days since the receipt of the parcel.It is possible solely in case the item has been neither used, copied nor in any way damaged by the client. CDs, DVDs and MCs have to be given back in intact original packaging. Items are to be sent back only after the client has contacted us by conact form apart from the rejected item(s), the client is obliged to send to us his or her address data. The store guarantees the reimbursement of costs of the item(s). Money will be given back to the client within 5 working days to the client's PAYPAL account.
- In case the client finds out (1) damages which occurred in the course of delivery time, (2) discrepancy of the shipped item with the ordered one or (3) any other item flaws,he or she is kindly asked to return the flawed product as a registered parcel including the specification of noticed flaws and the client data. Before it, the client should contact us per contact form.
- Customer complaints are considered not later than 14 days after the store has received the parcel containing the rejected product. Should the complaint be justified, the flawed item will be exchanged for a flawless exemplar; should it be impossible (for example, the title is out of stock due to its limited edition), the store reimburses the costs of the item or can offer some other available titles instead. The shipping costs of the rejected product will be reimbursed immediately after the positive consideration of the customer complaint.
